Uwharrie Cabins Location and Policies

Check-in time is 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Check-out time is 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)

Smoking: No smoking is allowed in any cabin.
Pets: We do not allow pets of any kind. We do not allow the boarding of horses or livestock.

Off-Road Vehicles: Use of unlicensed off-road vehicles are prohibited at Uwharrie Cabin properties.

Firearms: Discharging any firearms on Uwharrie Cabins' property is prohibited.

Tents or Tent Camping are not allowed without prior approval.

Reservations:
Upon procuring a reservation, The guest hereby acknowledges that an advance reservation payment equal to the cost of a one (1) night stay, including tax, will be required to reserve a vacation property with the remaining balance due in full fourteen (14) days prior to the guest's arrival date. Reservations made less than fourteen (14) days from the arrival date are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations:
The guest hereby acknowledges that for reservations canceled less than thirty (30) days from the arrival date, the guest will forfeit the reservation fee.

Reservations are canceled less than fourteen (14)days from the arrival date. The guest will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.

Cleaning Fee:
We make a point to keep our cabins and property clean and comfortable for all our guests, and we respectfully ask that you leave the property in the same condition as you found it.

Prior to the guest vacating the property (checking out), the guest will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

Wash and put away all the dishes. Place all trash (including lavatory trash) into trash bags and outside trash containers, making sure to lock the lid down. Empty ashtrays on the porch if used. Place soiled towels/washcloths/dish towels/dish rags in the provided laundry bag. Pick up around the outside areas that you enjoyed during your stay, such as the grill or fire pit.

The guest acknowledges and agrees that if the above tasks are not completed prior to check out that the guest's credit card will be charged a minimum $40 cleaning fee.

Security/Damage Agreement:
Guest(s) is/are individually and severally liable and otherwise fully responsible for any and ALL guests/invitees caused damage to the property, including but not limited to all adjacent structures and premises, throughout the entire duration of their stay of occupancy.

Maintenance/Hold Harmless:
Inconveniences under which we may have no immediate control and which DO NOT warrant any refund of rental monies include (1) breakdown of television, (2) power outages, (3) adverse road and/or weather conditions, (4) construction taking place in the area, (5) A vacation property that is not decorated and/or otherwise accommodated to suit the guest's individual/personal taste(s). All guest (s) and their invitees use the vacation property structures and premises at their own risk. Uwharrie Cabins, Inc., and its property owners (principals) shall not be held liable nor otherwise responsible in any way for injuries to any guest(s) and/or their invitees that are caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional or unintentional acts of the said guest (s) and /or invitee(s), or by the failure of structures, appliances, furnishings, and/or other equipment, whether by malfunction, misuse, acts of God/nature, and/or are otherwise naturally occurring. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding the suitability/compatibility of materials utilized in the construction of the vacation property and/or its contents. Uwharrie Cabins Inc. and its property owners (principals) shall not be held liable nor otherwise responsible in any way for allergic reactions to its guests and/or invitees caused or permitted to be caused by materials utilized in the manufacture of the vacation property and/or its contents, nor from mold and/or airborne spores, nor from pet/animal allergens, nor from chemical agents including, but not limited to appliances, linens, carpeting, utensils, fixtures, and/or to their equipment. By endorsing this agreement, guests/invitees hereby agree to forever hold harmless and indemnify Uwharrie Cabins Inc. and its property owners (principals) from any liability/responsibility arising therefore.
